This Privacy Policy sets out the principles of personal data processing and user privacy terms in the online shop located at www.somuchmore.shoes.

So Much More online shop, operating at www.somuchmore.shoes, is operated and managed by “Fun in Design LLC”, which has a registered office in Poland, Warsaw 02-662, Swieradowska 47 and the National Official Register of Business Entities number 146690721. As the Administrator of personal data Storage, So Much More ensures the safety of shared data, in particular against unauthorized access and provides all registered users may exercise their rights under the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883), in particular the right of access to data, the right to request updating and deletion of data and the right to object in cases covered by the Act.

Section 2. TECHNICAL ISSUES

Users personal data is collected to enable the sale and purchase transactions via an online store, as well as to promote the products offered. Data provided by the buyers who decided to create a profile in the store are processed with their consent, in order to simplify the ordering process. Personal data provided when the buyer contact the Administrator by e-mail will only be used to answer the user's query. Data collected automatically by the Administrator’s system will be used for statistical purposes only. The Administrator shall transmit to the courier company's certain data in order to enable and facilitate shipment and delivery of the products ordered: the name of the sender / recipient or a company name; mailing / shipping address; phone number indicated by the sender / recipient. The information stored in system logs may contain various data, such as IP address. The administrator uses them only for technical purposes, these data can be made available to entities authorized under applicable law in the event of infringement of So Much More’s rights, hacking attempts, or other actions of its damage. Some areas of the shop may use cookies, which are text files stored on your computer in order to identify it in order to allow some operations. Cookies allow users to maintain their performance navigation in the shop. The condition to keep cookies work properly is to accept them in the user’s browser and not remove them from the disk. User may at any time disable the collection of information by disabling the use of cookies in the browser settings, but under such circumstance the Administrator does not guarantee proper operation of all functions of the shop.

Section 3. COMMERCIAL INFORMATION

E-mail address listed on the product’s order form will be used for the purpose of sending mailings with promotional offers announced in the shop, provided that user has consented to receive it. Administrator reserves the right to send unannounced messages to users. These include information directly related to the operation of the shop (e. g. changes in the operation) or non-commercial messages (greeting cards, new messages notifications, system messages). Any user has the right to make a reservation he does not wish to receive information from the shop. All advertising content associated with the commercial activity of the Administrator and its partners can be sent only to users with their consent, according to Section 10 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on Electronic Services (Journal of Laws 2002, No. 144, item. 1204, as amended).

Section 4. ACCOUNT’S ERASURE

User’s account (called ‘User Profile’) liquidation is voluntary, optional and may occur at any time on user’s call expressed in the contact form available at ‘Contact Us’. Every user has the right to change or update his personal details by sending a contact form at ‘Contact Us’.

Section 5. EXTERNAL WEB SITES CONTENT

While links and redirects to other external websites are contained in the shop, the Administrator is not responsible for the privacy practices that apply to these sites. Administrator does not sell or disclose any personal data to third parties under no circumstances except as described above in Section 2.

The personal data processed in the system are to be accessed only by those with written authorization to the processing of personal data in the Administrator’s system. Administrator has registered the identified personal data files in the registry kept by The Chief Inspector for Personal Data Protection under the Paper’s number 124840, Notification No.003250/2013.
