You can go to our shoe design application and using available shoe models and patterns you can fully customize what shoe you want to order. You can select from over 130 different leathers and colours, adjust heel, sole, lacing, lining and many others.
We make the shoes only after you order them, so each pair is hand made uniquely for you according to your specific design.
Instead of starting from a white canvas, you can also go to our gallery with suggested collection and start from there. If you like something you can order it as is, or you can modify it to adjust to your liking.
Yes, absolutely. Please get in touch with us and we will explain what to do to make the order. Please, keep in mind that there is an additional surcharge for such project and we will not be able to exchange them, in case of incorrect size. This is why we suggest to order a regular pair first and then experiment further once you are sure of the size.
In great majority of cases we are able to identify the right size for you at first attempt. In order to do that we ask you for three information: (1) what size do you usually wear, (2) what is your feet length – measured using our standard method and (3) do you have any special feet properties – e.g. higher instep, bunion bones, different feet sizes. We ask you for all this information after you place your order and discuss the shoe size with you.
We offer 35-41 size for majority of the collection. There are a few exceptions, however, where we also offer 42 and in some cases only 36-40. We are definitely planning to expand sizing as we grow. Join our newsletter and/or like our Facebook profile to find out when that happens.
We can indeed make some adjustments in order to make your shoes more comfortable. Let us know in comments section when you place your order – what amendments you would like to make. We are not able to make all possible shoes, as we are limited by available components (soles, undersoles, heels, buckles, etc.), but in some cases we are able to make shoes to your specific order. Please be aware that such a single unit production is far more expensive that standard shoes and may cost from 250 Euros upwards.
At this moment all of our shoes are made of best quality natural leather – mostly of Italian origin. We are planning to introduce satin and ecological leather in the nearest future, but they are not available yet.
Unfortunately, despite our efforts to react in advance to the shortages of leathers it may sometime happen that particular leathers, especially those imported from Italy are temporarily unavailable. We will inform you by email that such circumstance occurred and ask for your decision whether to wait for that particular leather or modify the order.
We absolutely do offer gift vouchers. You can receive a physical version of the voucher printed on a high quality paper, wrapped with care and packed in a nice gift box ready to be handed over to the person you want to gift it to (we ship it to you within max 3 working days - please add shipping time which is between 3-5 working days in EU). Or if you are in a hurry, you can order an electronic version of the voucher, which we send as a pdf to your email address (shipped within 24 hours). You can always pay the excess sum if you would like to buy shoes that cost more than you have on the voucher. Moreover, it is possible to use only a part of the voucher’s value and save up the rest for your next purchase at So Much More. Remember your voucher is valid for 6 months.
You can pay for your order both using standard online payment systems (PayPal and PayU - where you can pay using various methods, e.g. credit / debit card, or quick login from your bank account) and using wire transfer directly to our account in EUR (PL 31 1950 0001 2006 9769 8667 0003) - bank swift code: IEEAPLPA. Wire transfers are obviously free of charge within EU if you use SEPA transfer.
On average it takes about 2 weeks to hand make your shoes and send them to you. However, in rare cases it might take longer – e.g. if some of the components or leathers you’ve selected are not available at a given moment. This is why we reserve maximum of 20 working days for the shoes to arrive at your door from the moment of successful payment. If you have a pending deadline and you need to receive your shoes quickly – please let us know and we will do our best to meet your deadline, or let you know if we can’t, so that you can make a decision if you want to proceed with the order, or withdraw it.
We deliver worldwide, but since we are based in European Union – shipping costs within EU are far cheaper. Delivering, to other non-EU countries costs far more at the moment, as we are not big enough yet, to negotiate attractive fares with international couriers. As we grow, we are planning to offer far cheaper shipping services to other countries as well.
Your shoes are usually shipped via UPS or DPD, but in some cases other couriers may be used depending on location. A signature is required at delivery but not necessarily yours, if you know that you might not be at home when shoes arrive, your order can be left with your friend, neighbour or at the reception in your workplace. Shipping, time is already accounted for in maximum of 20 working days we reserve for a complete realization of your order (25 days outside of EU).
We always send you the identity number of your parcel and you can easily track it on the delivery company website. All you have to do is copy – paste ID number and you will instantly know where your parcel is at any given moment. Please be aware that in some places courier will leave your parcel in a standard drop off point near you, if they don’t find you home. You can pick up your parcel from there – information about the drop off / pick up point address may be found on the courier website, using the tracking number.
The courier usually gets in touch with you on their own before they arrive to avoid wasting time on an unnecessary journey. We also always send you the tracking number of your shipment, so that you can get in touch with the courier company directly, if there are any special circumstances
You can return all shoes from our collection without giving any reason. Please remember to let us know (email to firstname.lastname@example.org) and send the shoes back to us (So Much More, ul. Szpitalna 4/14, Warsaw 00-031, Poland) within 3 calendar days. We will refund both the shoe cost and shipping cost to your address.
Personalized shoes, or shoes ordered based on example projects of other clients are not subject to full return policy, due to obvious taste and preference limitations. We do, however, guarantee identifying the best possible size and exchanging shoes at our expense if the size proves to be incorrect.
After receiving your order we recommend that you try on your shoes on soft surface as soon as possible. If they’re too big or too small and neither insoles nor heel pads help, please get in touch with us. Together we will agree what size should fit you better and if there are any further modifications we should make. Remember that we will exchange any shoes you received for a different size only if they are in an unworn and undamaged condition and if we didn’t make any special adjustments to your pair (e.g. higher instep, bunion bones or different feet sizes). Please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days from receiving them and we will pick up the shoes at our own expense and send you a new pair as soon as possible.
We will get in touch with you to schedule a convenient time for courier to visit you and pick up the shoes. We will ask you for a time window when you will be home - in densely populated areas it is usually 2-3 hours, but in some places it can even be a whole day. We will send you the shipping letter for shipment back to us. Alternatively you can send the shoes back to us on your own – at this address: So Much More, ul. Szpitalna 4/14, 00-031 Warszawa, POLAND. We kindly ask you to pack the shoes so that they are not damaged in the transport – exactly how they were packed when you received them. Also, please wrap the shoe box into a bag or a wrapping foil without damaging it – e.g. by putting a tape directly on the box.
First of all, we are extremely sorry if that happens. This happens very seldom and we will do everything possible to remediate this situation as soon as possible. Shoes that are faulty due to shipment or manufacturing will be repaired or replaced with a new pair of shoes of that same design. Remember to let us know within 14 calendar days of receiving them and send us pictures showing the damage.
Please be aware that colour of your shoes may be slightly different from what you have seen at your computer screen. Even though we do our best to align real colours to photos of our leathers and representations in our design application - every monitor will represent colours slightly differently. Also there might minimal differences in colour between different batches of the same leather – so the colour on your new shoes may be slightly different than the one you’ve seen in the sampler in a physical shop or the one that you had on your last pair. Nevertheless, if the difference is significant in your opinion, we are extremely sorry for that! Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will verify if what you received wasn’t a production error and hence you are eligible for an exchange.
